She’ll tell you all about it! After transforming her life, she’s left insurance broking behind and become a powerful example that your life is in your hands.
Jenny is now a trauma-informed conscious connected breathwork facilitator, Reiki healer, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner, as well as a practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Matrix Reimprinting. She seamlessly combines all of her modalities in her offerings, including her one-to-one coaching program. The Reset and Bloom Retreat offers a truly unique opportunity to experience all of these practices—and more—in Bali that brought her the most profound personal transformation.
Which healing modalities will you experience?
We've designed Reset & Bloom so that you can experience many different types of healing modalities, all in one relaxing 7-day retreat. In between all healing sessions and workshops, you'll have time to rest and soak up the stunning scenery of Sideman Valley.

Breathwork, Neuro Linguistic Programming & Reiki Healing
Experience transformational conscious connected breathwork, somatics, and nervous system healing.
Jen will guide you through powerful breathwork journeys, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation techniques -including functional breathing and varied breathing patterns to help you reconnect with your body, access your subconscious mind, uncover old patterns and beliefs, release heavy emotions that may be blocking your energy flow, and begin rewiring your nervous system.
These sessions are complemented with Reiki healing and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), which together deepen and accelerate your healing process.

Yoga Classes
A combination of grounding and nourishing Yin Yoga and energising Vinyasa Yoga classes will keep you connected to your body throughout the retreat.
Immerse yourself in a nourishing blend of grounding yin and uplifting vinyasa yoga throughout the retreat. Each session is designed to bring you home to your body, support nervous system regulation, and deepen your integration work.
We’ll move with intention in energising morning flows, soften into restorative evening yin, and enjoy a special bedtime yin practice to settle the mind and support a deeply restful night’s sleep.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) & Journaling Workshops
Otherwise known as “Tapping”, EFT is like tuning an instrument. Just as you adjust the strings on a guitar to produce harmonious sounds, EFT involves you using your fingers/hands to tap on specific points to “tune” your body’s energy system. EFT takes away the fight and flight response by tapping on the meridian points. It does this by sending a signal to the amygdala in the brain to let it know “We are safe” so therefore you can remain calm.
At the retreat, we will be tapping as a group combining it with journaling to gain a perspective on challenging situations. As journaling encourages reflection and introspection, while EFT clears emotional blockages. This combination can lead to increased clarity of thought and deeper insights into your emotions and behaviors. In addition, it’s the perfect tool to manifest your desires.

Balinese “Melukat”
Purification Ceremony
A Balinese ritual to cleanse the body, led by a second generation Balinese Priestess from Sideman Village. You will join the Priestess at the Unda River and make offerings to the river, the spirits and the Gods. The Priestess will then cleanse you with holy water that has been blessed with healing energy. A truly authentic and magical experience, the Balinese go to their own Melukat Ceremonies often, for full moon, and other auspicious ceremonies.

Workshop Essence
At Emotional Holistic Healing, we believe emotional wellness begins with energetic clarity. This 2-hour therapeutic workshop guides you through gentle, heart-centered practices to release emotional heaviness, strengthen your energetic boundaries, and ground into a sense of deep inner safety.
You’ll learn how to work with your body’s natural energy systems-meridian lines, essential oils, crystals, and intuitive practices to restore balance and emotional harmony.

Living Awareness Meditation (LAMP)
Never tried meditation before? You are in very safe hands.
These sessions are guided by our resident meditation expert, Peter, the owner of Nirarta Retreat Centre, where you will be staying for 5 nights. Peter has held these meditations twice daily for over 25 years, supporting staff and guests.
The Living Awareness Meditation Practice (LAMP) is a gentle yet powerful approach that weaves together movement, breath, and awareness. The practice includes stretching through the Shiva Sequence, pranayama (breathwork), silent sitting meditation, and short energy meditation practices, along with time for rest and integration and space to explore questions that arise from the experience.
In this approach, Peter blends simple yet profound Shiva and Shakti yoga practices, gently and effortlessly guiding attention inward. This allows the mind to settle naturally back into its source — pure, unbounded awareness — while at the same time enlivening inner energy throughout the process.
These practices take place every morning from 7:15am to 8:00am, and again in the afternoon from 5:15pm to 6:00pm, offering a supportive daily rhythm that gently deepens your experience over the course of the retreat.

Retreat Itinerary
During the retreat there will be daily meditation sessions at 7.30am and 5.30pm.
The daily schedules are subject to slight changes.
We’ll also have a photographer joining us for half the day to capture the magic of the experience. She’ll be taking beautiful, natural photographs of the breathwork journey, the water blessing, and the shared moments throughout the day.
This is a wonderful opportunity to receive professional images of yourself in this setting- I’ll be sharing the full collection with everyone afterwards, so you’ll have your own photos to keep, use, and treasure.
Some of these images and videos will also be used on social media to showcase the experience, so please let me know in advance if you prefer not to be included or shared online.

DAY 1
Arrival & Welcome
Once you’ve arrived and checked in, we’ll open the retreat with a warm welcome circle—your first opportunity to connect with your fellow participants. After lunch, you’ll have free time to settle into your room and unwind. Before dinner, we’ll begin our first Breathwork + Reiki journey together, followed by a relaxing Yin Yoga session to close the day.
DAY 2
Breathwork + EFT
We’ll start the morning with grounding Hatha Yoga before moving into a transformational Breathwork session. After breakfast, you’ll have free time to rest, relax, or explore. In the afternoon, we’ll hold a Manifestation Workshop, combining EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and journaling to deepen your inner clarity.
DAY 3
Sidemen Exploration
After breakfast, we’ll head out for a guided Sidemen Valley & Village Tour, taking in the beauty of rural Bali. Following lunch back at the retreat, we’ll spend the afternoon by the river with a Balinese High Priestess, who will guide us through a sacred Melukat purification ceremony.

Friday 9th October | Transition & Integration
After optional morning meditation and breakfast, we’ll venture out to visit Bali’s stunning waterfalls. Lunch will be enjoyed during the tour (please bring cash, as it is not included). In the evening, once we return and share dinner, we’ll unwind with a gentle and soothing sound healing session.
By now, you may notice a deeper sense of calm and clarity emerging. We’ll begin the morning with optional meditation followed by another powerful Transformational Breathwork journey. After lunch, you’ll have time to journal, rest, or reflect. In the evening, we’ll return to the mat for Yin Yoga, followed by a cozy cacao-in-pajamas journaling circle before bed.
This day marks a gentle transition from the guided retreat space into integration and embodiment. 8:00am – Journaling, Reflection & Functional Breathwork A soft closing circle for our time at Nirata supporting nervous system down-regulation, reflection, and grounding. Gentle functional breathwork to help the body settle and integrate the journey so far. 9:00am – Breakfast 10:00am–11:00am – Pack, Rest & Prepare for Departure 11:30 – Check-out from Nitarta & Transfer to the Integration Villa, Candidasa 13:00pm – Arrival & Check-in at the Integration Villa. Welcome drinks on arrival and time to land into the space. 13:30pm – Lunch Afternoon – Poolside Integration Time Relax by the pool, soak in the views, and settle into the slower rhythm of integration. This is free time to integrate however feels most supportive for you: •Rest and relax •Chat and connect with others •Journal or reflect quietly •Simply be Optional Balinese massage or pedicure may be booked during this time (available at an additional cost and not included in the retreat price). Evening – Free Time & Group Dinner in Candidasa We’ll head out together into Candidasa for a relaxed group meal. Please note: this dinner is not included in the retreat price.
DAY 7
Saturday 10th October | Integration, Choice & Libra New Moon Closing
Our final day is intentionally spacious, honouring rest, integration, and the power of choice. Morning – Slow & Spacious Start Enjoy a relaxed morning and breakfast at leisure. You may choose to: •Stay at the villa and rest by the pool •Join an optional beach day for gentle walks, sea air, and relaxation Optional wellness treatments, including massage and pedicures are available at an additional cost. Daytime – Integration at Your Own Pace This day invites embodiment rather than structure. Follow what feels most supportive for you- rest, reflection, connection, journaling, or quiet time. Evening – Libra New Moon Closing Circle & Cacao PJ Evening As the evening unfolds, we gather in a soft, relaxed way, cosy in our pyjamas- for a heartfelt Libra New Moon Closing Circle. We’ll share a heart-opening cacao, creating a nurturing space for connection and intention. Guided by the Libra New Moon, we will: •Reflect on what we have released and worked through during the retreat •Honour the growth, shifts, and insights gained •Set clear manifestations together with this renewed energy •Visualise how we move forward in greater balance, alignment, and ease This gentle cacao circle offers a deeply grounded and loving close to our Reset & Bloom journey. Our beautiful retreat accommodation is located in the Sidemen Valley amid stunning rice terraces and with a soundtrack of bubbling brooks and bird songs. This stunning region of Bali is the perfect locale for my Reset and Bloom Retreat. The air is fresh, we are amid nature, away from the tourist bars and clubs in the south, and it's a wonderful area to explore while experiencing the spiritual side of Bali.
Due to the cool mountain and rice field breezes, our accommodation is fan-cooled (no air conditioning) and accommodation is either in twin or single rooms and all rooms include the following:

Full Board & Dining
Nirarta (Full Board) Accommodation is on a full board basis, meaning that your breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea, coffee, and drinking water are provided for you (included in the price). All produce is sourced locally for maximum freshness and flavor. We offer traditional Balinese cuisine together with some international dishes. Vegan and vegetarian dishes are available as well as options with meat and fish.
Integration Villa (Partial Board) At the Integration Villa, breakfast and lunch are provided. Dinner is not included, as we will be eating out in the evenings to enjoy the local surroundings.
